Apple Saute with Olivers Tangerine Balsamic Whipped Cream

Apple mixture

2 tbsp Olivers Cinnamon Pear Balsamic

6 tbsp (3/4 stick) unsalted butter

4 Fuji apples, cored, peeled & quartered

½ cup honey

2 tbsp lemon juice

 

Melt the butter in a 12” skillet over medium heat.  Stir in the apples, lemon juice and honey.  Cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 18 minutes.  Plate the slices, drizzle with the pan juices and serve with the whipped cream.
